Explorez le lien entre managers et qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail en impliquant ces derniers dans vos programmes de sant\u00e9 et bien-\u00eatre au travail.<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La mise en place de programmes de bien-\u00eatre au travail a un impact non n\u00e9gligeable sur les employ\u00e9s, et pas uniquement parce qu\u2019ils am\u00e9liorent drastiquement sant\u00e9 et bonheur au travail. Une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apaexcellence.org\/assets\/general\/2016-work-and-wellbeing-survey-results.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">American Psychological Association<\/a> a prouv\u00e9 que lorsque les responsables s\u2019impliquent activement dans les politiques de bien-\u00eatre, des am\u00e9liorations \u00e0 tous les niveaux de l\u2019entreprise sont constat\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La grande majorit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent avoir des relations positives avec leurs managers (91%) et leurs coll\u00e8gues (93%). La plupart d\u2019entre-eux se consid\u00e8rent valoris\u00e9s dans leur travail, et 91% se disent motiv\u00e9s \u00e0 donner le meilleur d\u2019eux-m\u00eame. Contrairement \u00e0 seulement 38% dans les entreprises qui ne mettent pas en place ce type de programmes. Lorsque les managers accordent de l\u2019importance au bien-\u00eatre, les employ\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement plus fid\u00e8les \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise. La satisfaction au travail, de 30% en moyenne, se hisse \u00e0 91%. Par ailleurs, 89% des employ\u00e9s se disent pr\u00eats \u00e0 recommander leur entreprise comme \u201centreprise o\u00f9 il fait bon travailler\u201d. En parall\u00e8le, le nombre d\u2019employ\u00e9s qui ont l\u2019intention de changer de travail dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e est quasiment divis\u00e9 de moiti\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices certains \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s, de nombreuses entreprises sont encore bien \u00e0 la tra\u00eene sur le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un lien fort entre managers et qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail. Seulement 51% des r\u00e9pondants \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate de l\u2019APA pensent que le bien-\u00eatre au travail fait parti des priorit\u00e9s de leur entreprise. Get managers involved in well-being initiatives.<\/strong><\/p><p>A company\u2019s commitment to workplace well-being has a huge impact on employees, and not only because of the dramatic increase of workers\u2019 health and happiness. A recent study by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apaexcellence.org\/assets\/general\/2016-work-and-wellbeing-survey-results.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">American Psychological Association<\/a> found that companies where senior managers actively support wellness programs see improvements across the board. Employees overwhelmingly report positive relationships with their supervisors (91%) and coworkers (93%). The vast majority says they feel valued, and 91% say they are motivated to do their best, as compared to 38% of employees whose managers are not committed to workplace well-being.<\/p><p>When well-being is important to senior management, employees are also more likely to be loyal to their company. Job satisfaction skyrockets to 91% (from a mere 30%), and 89% of professionals would recommend their company as a good place to work. The number of employees who plan to look for a new job in the next year also drops by more than 50%.<\/p><p>Despite these and other benefits to focusing on employee well-being, many companies are lagging behind. Only 51% of APA\u2019s survey respondents thought their organization prioritized wellness, and less than half said that workplace well-being was important to senior management.
